From hand tools to full production lines
The GMS story begins with hand tools for construction. Anyone who has ever cut 16 mm steel with hand shears understands why we started building machines early. Over the decades, the first bending machines grew into complete product families: bending machines, cutting machines, construction machinery and today fully automatic industrial lines such as the SLS 12 and the SYNCLONE 45S.
What makes GMS different
First: we manufacture in house, in one of the largest production facilities of the industry in Europe. Casting, machining, assembly and testing under one roof means control over every tolerance. Second: our machines are designed for decades. There are GMS machines that have worked daily for over 30 years and for which we still supply spare parts today. Third: we know the job site. Our development starts with the user, not on the drawing board.
