Our machines are built in our own state-of-the-art production facility. We manufacture around 95 % of all components ourselves on modern CNC systems – in compliance with the applicable CE requirements and international quality standards.

Robotics & CNC precision
State-of-the-art CNC technology, robotics and automated manufacturing processes guarantee the highest precision for every component. With a vertical integration of 95 %, we keep almost the entire production process in our own hands.
Computer-aided quality control
Every production step is subject to computer-aided quality control. All components are comprehensively tested to guarantee consistently high quality and precision standards. GMS machines thus meet the applicable CE requirements and international standards – for reliable performance and maximum operational safety.
Durability & corrosion protection
For reliable outdoor use, our machines receive a resistant electrostatic coating to protect against corrosion. Moving components are additionally phosphated and galvanised. Power-transmitting parts made of high-grade steel are selectively heat-treated in our own facility according to their loading – for maximum wear resistance and a long service life.
In-house monoblock planetary gears
Our self-developed gearboxes are also built entirely in our own plant. The monoblock planetary gears are made from high-grade special steel, machined with robotic support and tested to international standards – for maximum reliability, easy assembly and fast spare-part replacement.
